PHP function fileperms
This function returns permission information about a file or directory.
Syntax fileperms
arg: is a file or directory
fileperms(arg);
Return
There are five digit numbers return:
- first digit: the file is a diectory or file
- second digit:
Note
The result of this function are cached, and use clearstatcache() function to clear the cache.

Use decoct() function to converts decimal to octal number.
