PHP function copy
This function copy file, and it is equal to linux cp command in linux.
Syntax copy
- file1: file name
- file2: a new file name to copy to.
copy(file1, file2);
Return
- Return True when success
- Return False when failure
- Override a file if the destination file is already existed.
Example 1
<?php echo copy("myfile.txt","anotherfile.txt"); // in linux: $cp myfile.txt anotherfile.txt ?>
